Products are shipped directly from our manufacturers located abroad. The estimated average delivery time for products is 10 to 15 business days, though there may be variations due to customs costs, VAT charges by Correos, potential strike-related delays, or other factors beyond our control. However, we guarantee the delivery of your product within a maximum of 90 days after purchase. (If this timeframe is not met, a full refund may be requested with no conditions.)
Another important note is that products arrive in Spain under competent supervision and are then delivered to their final destinations. All purchases include a tracking code, which will be sent to the customer’s email within 7 business days (unless there is an issue with shipping from the suppliers). The product can be tracked from its departure from the country of origin until it reaches your home. Deliveries are always handled by Correos, although in some cases—such as absent recipients, delivery-restricted areas, and similar circumstances—Correos may leave a notice for product pickup at the nearest agency to the provided address.
If the order consists of 2 or more products, they may be shipped separately, and a tracking number will be issued for each product. Since this is an international order, tracking information on the Correos website may take up to 7 business days to appear after the tracking code is provided.
The completion of the delivery address should be reviewed by the buyer before confirming the purchase. If the product is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the responsibility will lie solely with the customer. In case of failed delivery attempts, the product will remain available at the nearest agency for pickup. If not collected, it will be returned to the sender abroad.
Once a reshipment is confirmed, the delivery period will restart from the date of this confirmation, which will be recorded in the order history. For reshipments, the new delivery period will apply.
